Up to 60 guests

  • Wedding Day: Use of the entire property for 6 hours for the event.

  • Set-Up/Break-Down: 1 hour for set-up and 1 hour for break down (at no additional charge). Overage time is charged at $200/hour. Premises close at 11 pm.

  • On-site Bridal Cabin for day use

  • On-site Groom’s Quarters for day use

  • Tables, chairs and linens provided. See our FAQs section for full list of amenities.

  • Client pays for event and alcohol insurance (additional $200)

  • Wedding Day: Access to the venue for up to 10 hours on the wedding day. Event must end by 10 pm. Premises close at 11 pm.

the big valley package

  • Wedding Day: Access to the venue for up to 12 hours on the wedding day. Event must end by 10 pm. Premises close at 11 pm.

Since we only offer one wedding a weekend, these a-la-carte options are only available for couples that have booked a wedding package.

 

Patio rehearsal dinners

Up to 30 guests

  • Clean-up and breakdown must be finished by 9 pm.

  • Tables and chairs provided.

Additional amenities & decor

  • White chair covers available for rent at a cost of $1 each.

  • Numerous decorations available for use at no charge (contact for a complete list)

  • For additional fee:

    • (4) patio heaters: $25/per

    • (3) white 10 x 20 tents: $25/per

Additional Services

Day-Of Design

You are welcome to decorate the venue to however meets your vision; however, if you need help, McDowall Acres is here for your assistance.

  • Wedding arbor decorations are to be provided by the client. If you would like McDowall Acres to put up your arbor decor for you: $150

  • Centerpiece and table decoration: $200

Day-Of Services

We encourage you to hire a day-of wedding coordinator to ensure your day goes without a hitch. We welcome other vendors, such as florists, caterers and coordinators. We are happy to give recommendations for vendors that are familiar with McDowall Acres. However, if you need extra help, we provide the following services:

  • Day-Of Wedding Coordination: $450

    • 1-hour consultation with couple prior to day, provided checklist, vendor coordination day-of, wedding party procession, and schedule adherence.

  • Buffet and Beverage Servers: $15/hour/server (4 hr min)

  • Leftovers box-up service at the end of the night: $150

  • Table decor box-up service at the end of the night: $20/table
